Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using NeoLuxe Studio. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everything you upload, generate or do on the Service.

1. Rights to what you upload

You may only upload images that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload product photos, designs, logos or other material that belong to someone else unless you have the rights to do so.

2. Content you must not create or upload

You must not use the Service to upload, generate or share content that:

• is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
• infringes anyone’s intellectual property, or depicts counterfeit goods or unauthorised use of another brand’s trade marks;
• features identifiable people without their consent, or uses their likeness in a misleading way;
• is sexually explicit, depicts minors inappropriately, or is otherwise obscene;
• is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or incites violence or discrimination;
• is deceptive — for example, misrepresenting a product’s true appearance, materials or origin in a way likely to mislead buyers; or
• contains malware or other harmful code.

3. How you must not behave

You must not:

• attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or probe or breach our security;
• interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service or the infrastructure it runs on;
• scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Service, or use bots to abuse it, except where we expressly permit;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract our source code or AI models, except to the extent the law allows;
• circumvent or manipulate credits, usage limits, rate limits or billing;
• resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service itself without our written permission; or
• use the Service to build or train a competing product or AI model.

4. Responsible use of AI output

Output is generated by AI and may not perfectly represent a real product. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it, and for ensuring that any image you publish (for example in a shop listing) accurately and lawfully represents the item you are selling.

5. Enforcement

If we believe you have breached this AUP, we may remove content, limit or suspend your access, close your account, and — where appropriate — report the matter to the relevant authorities. We may act without notice where the breach is serious or causes risk to others.

6. Reporting

To report a breach of this policy or content that infringes your rights, email privacy@neoluxe.studio with enough detail for us to investigate.
